Adding one user at a time can be done through the Hyphen interface. Adding users from UI is handy for creating single or small number of users
NOTE: If you are adding users for the first time (launch phase), then the first step should be creating appropriate dimensions on the Hyphen platform. learn more about Dimensions
Steps for adding individual new users:
- Navigate to Insights > User Management > Add User > Select ‘Add Manually’ > Enter Email ID and click Add.
- Search for the Email ID in the search bar in User management, add all other details for that user and click ‘Save Changes’
