Viewing Voice Reports

Employee voice data can be monitored live with the reports and dashboards available on Hyphen Insights platform.

Reports can be accessed from the Employee Voice section and these reports contain in-depth analysis for the voice data. When viewing any voice Report, you can update the Filters and View Options to meet your specific needs.

  • Filters allow you to view specific date ranges and drill down into the data for different sentiments and different groups and channels.

Voice Post Report

This report lists all posts along with the number of up-votes, down-votes, number of comments, in which group the post was posted-in and the type of group along with the sentiment of the post.

Voice Comments Report

This report lists all Comments along with the number of likes the comments received, in which post the comment was posted-in and Group it belonged to, along with the sentiment of the post.

Flagged Posts

All the posts which have been flagged on the web app or mobile app will be listed here. This report displays the entire post which was flagged along with the number of up-votes, down-votes and number of comments along with the reason for flagging. It also displays the date it was flagged and in which group the post was posted in. The last column of the report displays the sentiment of the post.

Flagged Comments

All the comments which have been flagged on the web app or mobile app will be listed here. This report displays the entire comment which was flagged along with the number of likes it received and the reason for flagging the comment. It also displays the date it was flagged and in which Post the comment appeared and the group the post was posted in. The last column of the report displays the sentiment of the comments.
